Steve from Iron Home Inspections was extremely professional and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable around not only home inspections but more importantly around each of the specific trades that make up a home. He was on time, turned around the Inspection by the end of the day and his pricing was really fair. Steve was very patient throughout the entire inspection and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could easily understand. His report was easy to read and communicate identified issues with the sellers. I couldn't recommend a better company, and person, to trust with such an important decision in the home buying process!

Steve was very helpful and informative, there was snow on our roof when he came out to do the inspection and he was more than happy to come out on again to look at that separately. He is also a licensed electrician.

I highly recommend Steve with Iron Home Inspections! We had such a great experience with our home inspection. Steve was very thorough and he went above and beyond to make sure that we got to the bottom of any potential issues. I’ve had inspectors in the past who rush through it and miss big problems. But Steve took his time and didn’t pass over anything. He was also friendly and educated us about the home throughout the inspection. He was super flexible with our schedule and he even showed up early. Thanks so much for the great experience. Five stars!!
