When you go to sell your home, you’ll want to have more than just a rudimentary knowledge of the home’s existing strengths and weaknesses. A Pre-Listing Inspection will provide you with an in-depth assessment of the home’s condition, raising your awareness about potential defects that you may want to have repaired in order to maximize the success of a prospective sale.
New Construction Inspection
For your peace of mind, we’ll be more than happy to inspect new home construction before you’ve negotiated final terms as a prospective buyer. We’ll perform the inspection before the builder is scheduled for a final walkthrough, investigating the readily accessible components for existing defects that you’ll want to have the seller address as soon as possible.
Home Maintenance Inspection
This inspection service will give you the know-how and confidence to keep your home investment pristinely maintained. We’ll inspect the readily accessible structural components and mechanical systems, informing you about everything we see that needs work—while also advising you on how to go about putting improvements into place, no matter what your home maintenance experience may be.
If the defective components that we found during a home inspection have since been corrected by the seller of the property, we can return for a Re-inspection to make sure that the previous issue was resolved in full. We’ll be inspecting only the components that were repaired or replaced for this inspection service.
Radon Testing should be scheduled before you buy a home so that we can ensure that the property’s radon concentrations are at safe levels. This naturally occurring gas isn’t typically an issue at very low levels, but when a certain threshold is exceeded, exposure can bring about serious lung conditions—including cancer. We’ll use state-of-the-art equipment to accurately detect and measure radon inside the home.
Testing a home for mold is a good idea for any home-buyer, helping you to be assured of your good health once you’re settled into your prospective investment. Aside from thoroughly inspecting the property for visible evidence of mold, we can also collect samples for testing to determine if there is a significant mold issue.
